The invention discloses a holographic directional scatter screen which comprises a screen body, array information of a plurality of sets of holographic cylindrical lenses is added on the screen body, and each set of holographic cylindrical lenses are distributed on the screen body in the longitudinal direction and the transverse direction. The invention further discloses a method and device for manufacturing the holographic directional scatter screen. The holographic cylindrical lenses of different sizes can be obtained by properly regulating the position of a photoresist plate in a holographic recording light path; arrays of the holographic cylindrical lenses can be obtained in the mode of exposure for many times, and directional scattering in a plurality of directions can be achieved; by the utilization of a hologram molded technology, the directional scatter screen can be manufactured in a lower cost.
