Exploring the presence of multiple abnormal non-motor features in patients with cervical dystonia

•80% of cervical dystonia (CD) patients had at least one abnormal non-motor feature.•Only 20% of healthy control subjects demonstrated one abnormal non-motor feature.•One-third of CD patients displayed two or more abnormal non-motor features.•80% of patients with cervical dystonia reported using a sensory trick.•Non-motor feature testing could be a highly specific diagnostic tool for CD.
