Abstract
The invention discloses a medical image labeling method, system and device, and the system comprises: a rectangular labeling module which is used for determining a labeling rectangular starting pointaccording to a mouse coordinate point inputted by an annotator, and carrying out the rectangular labeling of a target detection task; a polygon marking module which is used for automatically connecting the mouse coordinate points input by a marker along the edge of the target area into a broken line to form a closed area, and carrying out polygon marking on the target segmentation task; a markingand labeling module which is used for marking lines along the edge of the target area by taking the starting coordinate point of the mouse pressed by a labeling person as a starting point, taking thereleasing coordinate point of the mouse released by the labeling person as an end point, automatically connecting the starting point and the end point, and marking and labeling the target segmentationtask; an eraser module which is used for modifying a labeling area according to a mouse coordinate point track input by a labeling; and an automatic labeling module which is used for automatically determining and labeling the edge of the target area according to the double-click or frame selection operation of a labeling person and an image processing algorithm.
