摘要
•Experimental design was applied to achieve the optimal derivatization of bile acids.•Stable isotope labeling method was validated for bile acids profiling by UHPLC–MS/MS.•Derivatized UHPLC–MS/MS was utilized to profile 11 bile acids in human biofluids.•Correlation between the bile acids in serum and bile was investigated using paired samples.
