A New Degeneration Technique for 60 GHz Triple Cascode Wideband Low Noise Amplifier

In this work, a millimetre-wave (mmW) low voltage, low power LNA at 60 GHz is presented. A three-transistor stacked cascode technology and middle-pole compensation is adopted to achieve higher gain and improved reverse isolation.
