In this paper, an improved low-voltage-triggered silicon-controlled rectifier with an embedded shunt path (LVTSCR-ESP) for latch-up immune is proposed. Multi-current pulses are applied to devices, mimicking human body model (HBM) by using Sentaurus-TCAD.
