Abstract
Due to rapid development of mobile technology, viewing audio and video online has become a trend. Since OTT entered Taiwan market in 2016, the convenience of mobile audio and video has impacted on traditional cable television system industry seriously.This study utilized KEYPO as a big data to analytics tool to analyze the online sentiment, network popularity, and community activity of the most popular OTT platforms to understand the social acceptance of the services. The results showed that Netflix had higher online sentiment value and PN value than QIY. In addition, due to political climate in Taiwan, QIY had higher ratio of negative online sentiment.
