Abstract
Currently, there is a decrease in the overall level of physical fitness among young people. Means of motivation, self-development and support are required. The aspiring professional athletes need advanced, but affordable personalized techniques and tools. In this article, the authors propose an approach that consists of developing a two-component method for remote monitoring of the health status of young people engaged in sports, based on mobile medical technologies. The authors found that in ordinary young people the relationship between the parameters of the physical and psycho-emotional state, the degree and severity of these relationships differ significantly from people who are professionally involved in sports. At the same time, remote monitoring of the health status of persons professionally involved in sports should include two parallel components: monitoring of physiological parameters and monitoring of psychoemotional indicators. The authors conclude that the optimal technological solution for remote monitoring of young athletes is a mobile application with built-in questionnaires, medical devices and auxiliary physical activity trackers.
