摘要

•An infectious DNA clone of duck Tembusu virus was constructed using the infectious-subgenomic-amplicons (ISA) method.•For the first time, duck embryo fibroblast cells were used for duck Tembusu virus reconstitution by ISA method.•The promoter pCMV worked well in duck embryo fibroblast cells for duck Tembusu virus reconstitution.•The ISA method is a valuable reverse genetic tool for the further study of duck Tembusu virus.
