Abstract
This study was designed to investigate and analyze the preventive effects of rivaroxaban on deep vein thrombosis in patients with hip and knee arthroplasty; 120 patients were selected and divided into control and study group according to different application time of rivaroxaban, with 60 cases in each group. The control group was treated with conventional treatment plus rivaroxaban for 2 weeks while the study group was treated with conventional treatment plus rivaroxaban for 5 weeks. The preventive effects of rivaroxaban was compared and observed. The prothrombin time (TT), activated partial thrombin time (APTT) and other coagulation indexes and hemoglobin (Hb) content were compared between the two groups. The incidence of deep vein thrombosis in the study group was significantly lower (p > 0.05) than control group. There was no significant difference between the study group and the control group. Compared with the whole blood viscosity, plasma viscosity and platelet count of the two groups, there was no significant difference between the study and the control group and the difference was not statistically significant. For the patients after hip and knee arthroplasty, conventional treatment plus rivaroxaban for 5 weeks can effectively reduce the incidence of postoperative deep vein thrombosis, alleviate the risk of postoperative bleeding, and increase the efficacy and safety of patients.
