Drought legacies on soil respiration and microbial community in a Mediterranean forest soil under different soil moisture and carbon inputs
Geoderma(2022)
摘要
•Soil respiration was higher in wet soil with drought history.•The supply of glucose primed the decomposition of SOM during the whole incubation.•Cellulose supplied caused a negative priming effect (PE) at early stage but an overall positive PE.•Fungal community was more resistant and acquired labile C more efficiently under low moisture levels.•Fungi dominated cellulose decomposition and bacteria dominated glucose decomposition.
