Fault-controlled carbonate-hosted barite-fluorite mineral systems: The Shuanghe deposit, Yangtze Block, South China

•Fluorite from Shuanghe Ba-F deposit yields an Sm-Nd isochron age of 103.1 ± 1.3 Ma.•The mineralising fluids were hot brine derived from basinal and meteoric waters.•The Cambrian and Ordovician rocks were involved in ore formation.•Mineralization related to the subduction of the Paleo-Pacific Oceanic plate.
