摘要
Objective: To investigate the changes and correlations of inflammatory response, abnormal blood coagulation, and haemorheology in patients with ischemic stroke with obstructive sleep apnea syndrome. Methods: We randomly selected 42 patients with ischemic stroke with obstructive sleep apnea syndrome admitted to our hospital between March 2016 and February 2019 as the study group, and we selected 42 cases of normal healthy patients who had undergone examination in our hospital during the same period as the control group. Tumour necrosis factor-alpha (TNF-alpha), interleukin-6 (IL-6), and interleukin-8 (IL-8) levels were determined by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay, and C-reactive protein (CRP) level changes were determined by immunoturbidimetry. The coagulation function (D-D), activated partial thromboplastin time (aPTT), fibrinogen (FIB), and prothrombin time (PT) of the two groups of patients were measured using an automatic coagulation analyser. Haemorheology indexes (whole blood viscosity (low-cut, high-cut), platelet aggregation rate, and erythrocyte aggregation index) were measured by haemorheology. A Pearson correlation test was used to analyse the correlation between inflammatory response, coagulation abnormalities, and haemorheology in patients with ischemic stroke with obstructive sleep apnea syndrome. Results: Compared with the control group, the serum inflammatory factor index and haemorheology index in the study group were significantly increased (P<0.01). Compared with the control group, the levels of D-D and FIB in the study group were significantly increased, while the aPTT and PT were significantly decreased (P<0.05 or P<0.01). The Pearson correlation test and analysis showed that the inflammatory factors, coagulation function, and haemorheology of ischemic stroke patients with obstructive sleep apnea syndrome were correlated to some extent. The aPTT and PT were positively correlated, but negatively correlated with other indicators (P<0.05).Conclusion: Changes in inflammatory response, abnormal blood coagulation, and haemorheology are closely related to the occurrence and development of ischemic stroke with obstructive sleep apnea syndrome, which can be used as an important factor for judging the development of the disease, and there is a significant correlation between their levels.
