Abstract
Objectives: Chemotherapy was a mainstay of advanced gynecologic cancer treatment but recently, novel therapies are offering expanded treatment options for patients with cervical (CC) and endometrial (EC) cancers. As the treatment paradigm evolves and becomes increasingly nuanced, oncologists, including gynecologic oncologists, can benefit from continuing medical education (CME) to offer their patients the most optimal care. Methods: Two CME-certified activities were launched to educate oncologists with one developed in partnership with the Society for Immunotherapy of Cancer. Effectiveness was analyzed using 3 multiple-choice questions measuring knowledge and competence and 1 self-efficacy question measuring confidence, presented as pre/post-CME repeated pairs for each of the activities.
