摘要
Composite materials based on matrices of high-silica nanoporous glasses activated with bismuth and cerium ions are synthesized. It is found that the samples, depending on the conditions of their synthesis, exhibit blue-green luminescence (λ lum = 416–539 nm at λ exc = 357–410 nm) due to the presence of Bi 3+ and Ce 3+ ions. Characteristic vibrations of CeO 2 and α-Bi 2 O 3 are identified in the composite materials by IR spectroscopy.
