摘要

•A large stokes shift probe based enhanced ICT strategy was developed for the detection of Hg2+.•The probe showed fluorescent enhancement response towards Hg2+ with 23.5-fold.•Probe BTD-RDA can visualize the changes of Hg2+ in cancer cells and zebrafish.
