Abstract
The LC-MS/MS method was developed for the simultaneous determinations of seven avermectin anthelmintics and four polyether antibiotics. CAPCELL PAK ADME was used for LC column, and good separation conditions were determined. The samples were extracted by a method similar to the QuEChERS method, and solid-phase extraction was used for purification. As a result of investigation of the purification method, Oasis (R) HLB was used, the loading solution was 25 % acetonitrile solution adjusted to pH 9, and good recovery was obtained by elution with methanol. Spike or recovery tests were performed on cattle muscle and cow milk, and each parameter was evaluated in accordance with the guidelines for validating analytical methods for testing agricultural chemical residues in food. The results showed that the cattle muscle trueness ranged from 83-102 %, repeatability precision from 2.5-8.0 %, and intermediate precision from 3.8-13.9 %, while the cow milk showed trueness ranged from 87-94 %, repeatability precision from 4.6-11.0 %, and intermediate precision from 4.6-11.0 %. The selectivity and limit of quantification were also good, suggesting that this method is useful as a simultaneous analysis method.
