摘要
This study examined the mediating effect of entrepreneurial intention (EI) on the relationship between students' core self-evaluation (CSE) and career stresses. The study sample consisted of 290 undergraduate students studying at a foundation university. Data were collected using the "Core Self-evaluations Scale," "Career Stress Scale," and "Entrepreneurial Intention Scale." Further, a regression analysis (mediation effect analysis) was performed on the collected data using the Statistical Package for the Social Sciences Version 20 Software and PROCESS macro. As a result of this analysis, it was deduced that students' CSE affected their career stress and students with EI experienced less career stress, thereby proving that CSE influences career stress.
