Abstract
老年性聋是全世界发病率第三的老年性疾病,发病率呈逐年上升趋势,发生发展具有隐匿性及渐进性的听力行为特点,其防治在于早期发现,听力筛查是关键.基于此,本文介绍老年听力筛查的方式方法,并就听力筛查模式进行探讨,提出并阐述"两步法听力筛查模式和助听器分级干预路径"筛查策略,旨在为制定老年人群听力健康相关干预和医疗政策提供参考.
