摘要

•Amorphous Sn–Al co-doped ZnO thin films were successfully synthesized by spincoating technique.•The amorphous structure of Sn–Al co-doped ZnO thin films exhibited high UV transmittance and ultrawide bandgap.•Sn and Al insertion reduced the electrical resistivity.
