A Dynamic Trust Model Based On User Interaction For E-Commerce

Evaluating trust of customer of e-commerce websites is an important paradigm as per their privacy is concerned. Here the division of the level of privacy is taken which we conform by the trust value. This paper provides three categories of customers based on their trust value. Trust value is calculated based on the customer behavior of interaction to the corresponding e-commerce site. Here interactions focus the weightage based on the factors like utilization factor, unauthorized access, and access time. In this paper, we have proposed a trust evaluation framework based on fuzzy technique. In this framework after identifying the set of customers, their trust degree and weight is calculated. On their basis, final trust value is generated. This generated value divides our customer in three different level for providing privacy preservation.
