Electromechanical Laboratory Complex for Power Quality Studies of the Ship Electrical System

The paper presents an electromechanical laboratory complex created at the National University "Odessa Maritime Academy", which is used both in the educational process in preparing future marine electrotechnical officers, and in scientific research of the power quality of autonomous electrical systems, which include modern electric drives with voltage and frequency converters. As an example of solving research task, the power quality investigation of an autonomous power sup-ply network in the operating modes of electric drives with a fan's and pump's typical load are given.
