Abstract
利用一种简便的一步溶剂热法合成了氮/铝共掺杂碳点,该碳点的水溶液在红光发射区的发光量子效率达30%.分别通过原子力显微镜(AFM)、动态光散射(DLS)粒度分析仪、荧光光谱仪、X射线光电子能谱仪(XPS)和傅里叶变换红外光谱仪(FTIR)等对其颗粒尺寸、表面化学结构及荧光性能进行了表征.所合成的氮/铝共掺杂碳点颗粒的平均直径为6.5nm,在高浓度盐离子溶液、紫外光照射及温度变换下具有较强的抗漂白能力.同时,该碳点作为一种新型的荧光探针,可用于H2O2的选择性识别,检测极限为1.3 μmol/L,碳点荧光淬灭效率与0.12~1 mmol/L的H2O2浓度呈线性关系.
