Abstract
采用水溶液法合成了钼酸锂多晶粉体,该方法相比高温烧结合成工艺有效提高了粉体的均匀性及纯度.采用水溶液法在室温下生长了钼酸锂晶体,晶体外形规则,尺寸约为20 mm×30 mm×40 mm;该晶体按晶面方向规则生长,其主晶面为(100)面和(110)面.利用金相显微镜观察了钼酸锂晶体的微观形貌,晶体呈现台阶形式生长.钼酸锂晶体吸收边截止波长约为292 nm,室温下激发峰波长为370 nm,发射峰波长为445 nm,低温(10 K)下的激发峰波长为275 nm,发射峰波长为520 nm;随着温度降低,晶体的发射峰波长逐步红移,同时发光强度逐步明显增大.
