Abstract
There is no standard book for Geo Polymer Concrete (GPC), as there are so many factors to consider. Utilising essentially is outlandish because of this explanation. This exploration utilised industrial wastes in particular fly ash, metakaolin, silica fume, ground granulated blast furnace slag and rice husk ash as powder materials both in individual and combined mode alongside sodium based alkaline liquids. About 243 geopolymer concrete blends arc obtained by considering various factors that affect the properties of geopolymer concrete. Liquid to powder, sodium silicate to sodium hydroxide ratio, the concentration of NaOH, curing temperature, percentage of combined aggregate and coarse aggregate are the factors considered in this research to get a mix design procedure for geopolymer concrete. This mix design works both at room (25 to 30 degrees C) and high (60 degrees C) temperature. With the obtained results, a strategy was acquainted with discovering the blend extent for a specific grade of geopolymer concrete. Geopolymer concrete grades from 15 to 80 mPa can be accomplished utilising these results.
