Abstract
Background and Aims: The endoscopic management of large non-pedunculated colorectal polyps (LNPCPs) involving the ileocecal valve (ICV) remains challenging due to its unique anatomical features, with long-term outcomes not matching non-ICV LNPCPs. We sought to evaluate the impact of technical innovations and advances in the endoscopic mucosal resection (EMR) of ICV-LNPCPs.
