Abstract
•A flow measurement method based on fiber laser vibration sensor is proposed.•Fiber laser vibration sensor is used as the sensing unit of well flow monitoring.•Mathematical relationship between flow velocity and vibration signal is established.•The system can realize the real-time online measurement of the flow rate.
