摘要

•Proposed a method manipulates the magnetic anisotropy of CoFe/MgO by doping nitrogen.•CoFe/MgO thin film can greatly enhance the perpendicular magnetic anisotropy.•Charges transfer between N atom and Co/Fe atoms is helpful to improve the PMA.
