摘要
•Dissolution was initially incongruent through diffusive processes.•The fraction of Li released through diffusion then increased with time.•The long-term release of Li was then chiefly through network hydrolysis.•The same dissolution processes occurred at 40 and 90 °C.•Crystalline clay mineral assemblages were observed at both temperatures.
