摘要
The macrolocalization and instability of plastic deformation, which lead to the loss of high-strength properties and fracture of high-temperature intermetallics with the L 1 2 superstructure at high deformation temperatures, are studied by mathematical simulation methods. A numerical experiment is carried out using a three-dimensional plastic deformation model, which is based on a synthesis of the mathematical models of dislocation kinetics and deformable body mechanics. A condition is formulated for the loss of stability resulting in the formation of superlocalization bands during compression. The influence of loading conditions, the strength properties of a deformable medium element, a change in the cross-sectional area of the sample, and stress concentrators on the formation of superlocalization bands is studied. As a result of calculations, three-dimensional pictures of changing the shape of deformed samples and the strain intensity distribution in their volumes are obtained.
