摘要
Chronic bacteria infected wound repair poses a critical threat due to the deteriorating environment of the wound. Herein, with the reducibility of black phosphorus nanosheets (BPs), we designed two-dimensional antibacterial BP@AuNP nanocomposites by combining gold nanoparticles (AuNPs) with BPs, which possess photothermal properties and high singlet oxygen (O-1(2)) production under 650 nm light, respectively. The BP@AuNP nanocomposites use a simple method to overcome the defects of BPs that require two kinds of light sources to perform photothermal and photodynamic therapies simultaneously and exhibited synergistic combination of multiple therapies for S. aureus and E. coli under a 650 nm laser. The antibacterial properties in vivo of the nanocomposites were also investigated and BPs@AuNPs possessed a fast wound closure rate. Thus, our BP@AuNP nanocomposites expand the application of BPs and demonstrate a versatile strategy for infected wound healing.
