摘要

•Paper- based LAMP-LF Assay was developed for onsite detection of pork derivatives.•Lyophilized paper LAMP buttons were designed as a ready to use master-mix.•Sampling to end –point detection was established in less than 3 hours.•Storage stability of LAMP reagents carrier buttons were 4 months at 4 °C.
