摘要
This work aimed to synthesize SiC via magnesiothermic reduction reaction (MRR) and also to evaluate its use as support in a cobalt-based catalyst for Fischer–Tropsch Synthesis (FTS). The Co/SiC catalyst obtained using synthesized SiC, showing greater stability and selectivity to C–C coupling than the reference catalyst prepared with commercial SiC. Graphic Abstract
