Cyber victimization in adolescence: A qualitative study

•The aim of this study is to examine the individual experiences and opinions of adolescent cyberbullying victims on cyber victimization.•A case study pattern has been used in the research.•It has been found that the adolescents who had been exposed to cyberbullying described the practice as a bad behavior, the type of cyber victimization that they had experienced was being called from a secret number, they felt fear and anger when they were exposed to cyberbullying and they shared this with their friends.
