A new Mn(II)-based metal-organic coordination polymer (CP), [Mn(DCTA)(L)(H2O)(2)]center dot(H2O) (1), was synthesized by self-assembly of Mn(OAc)(2)center dot 4H(2)O with 1,4-bis(benzimidazol-1-ylmethyl)-benzene (L) and 2,5-dimercaptoterephthalic acid (H(2)DCTA). Furthermore, a refluxing treatment method was used to prepare the nanostructure 1 with good size distribution. Furthermore, the treatment effect of nano 1 on cerebral infarction was evaluated. Firstly, the real time RT-PCR was performed and the relative expression levels of the hs-CRP in human brain microvascular endothelial cell (HBMEC) was measured. Next, the content of the interleukin-1 beta (IL-1 beta) and interleukin-18 (IL-18) released by the HBMEC was detected by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) detection kit.
