摘要
•Binary MoS2/TiO2-NAs nano-heterojunctions hybrids were successfully constructed via a facile combination of anodization and electrodeposition procedure.•Electron-transfer and quantitative dynamic processes have been evaluated by nanosecond time-resolved transient photoluminescence (NTRT-PL) spectra and time-resolved photoluminescence (TRPL) spectra, respectively.•We provide a self-consistent charge transfer mechanism of type-II dual nanoheterostructures mediated with p-type doping effect for MoS2/TiO2-NAs binary nanocomposites.•The improved photodegradation activity and biosensing&gas-sensing performance of MoS2/TiO2-NAs heterojunction nanohybrids were operated upon UV-Visible light irradiation.
