摘要

Despite the progress in endoscopic procedures, common bile duct stone (CBDS) removal in patients with surgically altered anatomy (SAA) is still challenging. We aimed to evaluate the efficacy and safety of double-balloon endoscopy-assisted endoscopic retrograde cholangiopancreatography (DB-ERCP) and the use of endoscopic papillary large balloon dilation (EPLBD) for the removal of CBDS in patients with SAA having an intact papilla.
