Endoscopic ultrasonography (EUS)-guided liver biopsy (EUS-LB) has emerged as a viable alternative to the current gold standard percutaneous and transjugular liver biopsy. We present our retrospective cohort of patients that underwent EUS-LB, technical aspects, quality of biopsies, diagnostic outcomes, and adverse events.
