Incentive Mechanism Analysis Of Innovative Talents With Dtc

The competition of enterprises is, in the final analysis, the competition of talents. High-quality innovative talent is the key to the development of enterprise. On the specific conditions of Dongfang Turbine Company Limited (DTC) innovative talents' development, problems existing in talent incentive mechanism are concretely analyzed by using incentive theory. Although DTC is one of the three major state-owned turbine companies, there are still some gaps when compared with the advanced level of foreign enterprises. And then suggestions are made in the perspectives of attracting, retaining and training talents. Based on the incentive theory, "three combination" talents cultivation mechanism is constructed for DTC, aming to provide reference for innovative talents in large state-owned enterprises.
