Triterpenoids From Macrosolen Bidoupensis Tagane & Vs Dang Whole Plant

From the whole plants of Macrosolen bidoupensis Tangane & V.S. Dang, five triterpenoids, 24-methylenecycloartanol (1), (23Z)-cycloart-23-en-3 beta,25-diol (2), mollic acid (3), ursolic acid (4), 3 beta-hydroxyurs-11-en-28,13-olide (5), together with two compounds, one C-11-norisoprenoid, loliolide (6), and one lignan, syringaresinol (7) were determined by using HR-ESI-MS, and NMR assignments. For the first time all compounds except 2 were clarified from the genus Macrosolen, whereas, compound 2 was verified from this species.
