Influence Of Admixtures On Sulfoaluminate Concrete

There exist many problems in sulfoaluminate concrete, such as slump loss, setting time and paste non-homogeneous etc. The proper dosage of setting retarder, mineral admixture and superplasticizer were found by paste and mortar experiment. The influence of 28d compressive strength, chloride ion diffusion coefficient and porosity were compared under the condition of the same slump. The result shows that with appropriate amounts of setting retarder, the slump loss, workability and strength of the concrete can be improved. Each admixture has a certain influence on the pore size distribution of sulfoaluminate concrete, which has less influence on the chloride ion diffusion coefficient.
