Study On Rheology Of Sulphoaluminate Cement Paste

Sulphoaluminate(SAC)cement reacts quickly when meats with water, and it's main hydration product, ettringite results in negative affect on rheology of fresh SAC paste and popularize use of the kind of the cement. The article studied rheology of SAC paste that mixed sulphonated naphthalene formaldehyde condensates(FDN), aminosulfonic acid-based series(AS), polycarboxylic series(SR3) three kind of paste that mixed various superplasticizers be provided with favorable rheology by adjusting setting time with setting retarder that controls the formation of ettringite, eliminating bleeding, segregation of fresh paste with viscosity-modifying admixture, Brought forward some technological routes for improving rheology of superplasticizer-SAC system for theory supplying to the using of the special kind of cement.
