Application Of Ct Quantitative Image Data Analysis Of Pleural Effusion In The Evaluation Of Severe Acute Pancreatitis

CT images can show the location of pleural effusion more intuitively and accurately, and can also have a higher resolution for the more difficult to distinguish lesions. Therefore, in terms of the current situation at home and abroad, CT imaging technology is considered as the first choice for the diagnosis of acute pancreatitis. According to the diagnostic criteria, inclusion and exclusion criteria of acute pancreas (AP) and PE, severe acute pancreatitis (SAP) patients were divided into groups according to the amount of pleural effusion: small PE group, medium PE group and large PE group. This paper mainly analyzes the complications and prognosis of AP patients in three groups, and discusses the clinical value of the amount of pleural effusion in severe acute pancreatitis and reduce the incidence and mortality of severe complications in severe pancreatitis. CT can also observe pleural effusion. This study was to investigate the CT manifestations of AP with pleural effusion, the relationship between AP and the severity of the disease, and the relationship between AP and CT severity index (CTSI), and to analyze the anatomic basis of the diffusion channel from peripancreatic effusion to mediastinum.
