Abstract
This case report presents the combined orthodontic-maxillofacial treatment of a 24-year-old patient with Class II dysgnathia, whereby orthodontic treatment was performed exclusively with Invisalign splints. During the entire treatment, both brackets and a surgical splint were dispensed with, so there was no aesthetic impairment during the entire treatment period of 1 year and 5 months.
