Abstract
Long-term strength is one of important behaviors in predicting the long-term stability of rock mass. In this paper, conventional compression tests and muti-stage creep tests were conducted and limit strain method for determining the long-term strength were proposed based on isostrain-rate curve. The results demonstrated that the long-term strength determined by the limit strain method could meet the range of long-term strength could solved by transition creep method, and the results was reasonable.
