摘要
The aim of this paper is to explore the mechanism of Emodin ameliorating NAFLD hepatic lipid deposition. NAFLD rats were constructed by feeding high fat chow. NAFLD rats were received Emodin at a dose of 20, 40, 80mg/kg.d via oral administration. HE staining was used to detect hepatic pathology. The levels of TG, ALT and AST were assayed by biochemical analyses. The levels of serum TNF-alpha, IL-1 were measured by ELISA kits. Real time PCR and IMH staining were used to detect the expression of TLR4 signals. Our results showed Emodin could improve the NAFLD hepatic steatosis and inflammation, decrease the levels of serum AST, ALT, hepatic TG, and inhibit the secrection of serum TNF-alpha, IL-1. Furthermore, Emodin could inhibit the expression of hepatic TLR4 signals. We suggest that Emodin might ameliorate NAFLD via inhibiting hepatic TLR4 signal passway.
