Abstract
Approach the relationship between the serum ferritin and progress Ischemic Stroke, mechanism of the ferritin, which will provide the evidence of the treatment and prognosis in the progress Ischemic Stroke. 150 patients are detected by the auto lamination meter made in the Germany (including progress Ischemic Stroke 100 cases, non-progressive apoplexy 100 cases, non-infarction 100 cases). The ferritin of patients is detected in by 1, 4, 7 days respectively after admission. At the same time, the age and evaluation of nerve function of the patient is registered. The Values of ferritin, on the same day, compared with non-progressive apoplexy group and normal group, Progress Ischemic Stroke group are higher (p<0.01). In progress Ischemic Stroke group and non-progressive apoplexy group, compared with the first day and the 7th day, the values of ferritin in 4th day are higher (p<0.01); The ferritin directly correlate with the symptom of nerve function absence (female p<0.05; male p<0.01). The higher ferritin contents, the more possible of apoplexy progress, ferritin can predict the prognosis of the progress Ischemic Stroke.
