Identification Of Key Positions Of Power Supply Enterprise

Traditional method to identify key positions are too dependent on people's subjective judgments and experiences, so this paper presents a quantitative method to identify key positions. Firstly, this article selects the corrected CRG method to build index system. Then it provides an objective method and model to identify key positions by using layer analysis method. Lastly, an example is given to show the feasibility of the method. The identification system of key positions proposed in this paper provides a modeling approach from quantitative point of view, hence, the evaluated results is more objective and effective.
