Abstract
To overcome the defect of the traditional method to determine index weight in the online personalized products design evaluation with multiple attribute, an improved index weight based on entropy and Kano model was proposed. Firstly, a model of design evaluation for online personalized product with improved customer satisfaction index weight based on entropy and Kano was suggested. Secondly, the entropy method was introduced for the initial index weight, and for the problem of customers' feedback can't be expressed in the past product conceptual design, the Kano model was applied to adjust the initial index weight-entropy. Finally, the online personalized design of stroller was taken as a case study, and the results show that the proposed method is effective.
