摘要

We describe the surgical treatment of a tubular duplication of the third duodenum approached with whole laparoscopic technique in a 62-yearold woman come to our attention for acute lithiasic cholecystitis. It was an accidental diagnosis during diagnostic work up for another disease. Tubular duplications in adults are rare and usually asymptomatic. Only 1% of patients refers symptoms.
